Considering a Battle Herald
So, my group is about to start this semester’s campaign, and, much to my delight, we decided to stick with Pathfinder. I’m considering starting the campaign as a cavalier, then grabbing a level of bard later on so that I can grab the Battle Herald prestige class. Does anyone have any experience with cavalier’s or battle heralds? I’ve only ever played arcane casters and have no real experience with them. Thoughts and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If you go BH, just be warned that it seriously gimps your animal companion, since it lacks the progression for it.

Cavaliers are AWESOME! I dont have much experience with BH but give a Cav a lance and the mounted combat chain and charge whenever possible.
